Sessions

When we make an appointment, we will discuss the type of photographs you want and the type of session you expect; whether it is newborn photography, maternity session, or family photography. I will ask you a few questions to know your expectations, and what you need to feel comfortable during the session. Your answers will guide me in my preparation and will allow me to make sure that the photos will live up to your expectations.

I suggest you book your newborn photography session as soon as you give birth. The newborn photography session should ideally be held within the first 15 days of your child’s life.

The studio is suitable for newborns: changing table, wipes, high temperature so that your baby is not cold. When you arrive, when we discuss your expectations, I will hold your baby so that he or she gets used to my smell and touch.

You must allow a minimum of 2 to 3 hours for a newborn photography session with your baby, because it is important to follow the rhythm and the needs of the child: drink, cuddle.

The ideal for this type of maternity session is to book around your 32nd week of pregnancy, when your belly is round and you are not too tired. I will take several pictures: single mom, with your spouse / partner and with other children, if any.

Beforehand, I will suggest what clothing to bring to properly show your belly in a flattering way.

You must allow a minimum of one hour for the session.

This type of family photography session is intended for one or more children, with or without parents. During the session, I let you have fun while guiding you. I seek to capture the essence of your family in the most natural way possible. I first photograph the child or children, in order to have the best possible attention of your toddlers, and I end with family photos. Sometimes an assistant is present to help me make children laugh and entertain them.

When I photograph children, I like to work at their own pace, without time constraints, giving free rein to their spontaneity. I am able to capture the moments when they play and have fun without worrying about my presence. You must therefore allow 1 to 2 hours for this type of family photography session.

After the session, I will guide you for you to choose the best package for you.
I take 2 to 3 days after the session to watch and select the best pictures I took of you. I then treat them slightly, then I create an online gallery, protected by a password that will be sent to you. Depending on which package you have booked, you can then select the photos you prefer. These photos will be post-processed carefully so that I can give you a quality product.

You will receive your digital files around 10 to 15 days after the session and your printed products a few weeks after.
